    Steps to generate a Screenshot of one’s monitor (Windows)

    -> Activate Your Browser Window or Display screen. Make certain that this window may be the active window in full view (it is possible to maximize your browser window)

    -> Press Alt + Print Screen Button. [Pressing Alt key will take away the status bar from the picture]

    -> Open an image Editor Program including Paint, Photoshop etc…

    -> Go to->Start Menu -> Programs -> Accessories -> Paint

    -> In Paint, Click Ctrl + V (or Edit -> Paste)

    -> You may need to resize your image to ensure that is beneath the 800x 600 pixel dimension limit. To get this done, click Image -> Stretch because you required.

    -> Change the % from 100 to 75 for the vertical and horizontal stretch fields. Click OK.

    -> Keep your file by clicking File -> Save As… Specify your file name. Affect the ‘Save as File Type’ to BMP, GIF or JPEG while you require.

    Keep to the above steps carefully to make your individual screen shots of your respective computer screens.
